Automation means that machines and robots do the task of human beings.

It is a shift from mundane tasks to brain work. There is likely no limit to the amount of people that could be paid to work on improving A.I. and O.I. and robotics. These mundane tasks are the tasks people find loathsome to do and they are better automated.
