This is a theoretical system where all domains and all websites are in a kind of stock market. The rule is a domain or website owner can only own a maximum of 51% of a single website of domain on the internet, the remaining is stock, shares.

All domains are on a dashboard where anyone can buy and sell 49% share in any website and also make offer to take ownership from the 51% shareholder.

This happens automatically when a domain is registered and there is no way to opt out. The protection is the commanding share.
