Merchant Terms for Immortality Marketplace

Welcome to Immortality Marketplace! These Merchant Terms outline the relationship between Immortality Marketplace and you as a vendor on our multivendor marketplace platform. By registering as a merchant and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform as a vendor.
1. Merchant Account
a. Registration: To become a vendor on our platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information. By registering, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
b. Approval: We reserve the right to review and approve or reject vendor applications at our discretion. Approval may be based on factors such as product type, quality, and compliance with our Vendor Guidelines.
c. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that only authorized personnel access your vendor account.
2. Product Listings and Sales
a. Product Listings: As a vendor, you are responsible for creating accurate and complete product listings. You must provide clear and truthful information about your products, including pricing, availability, and shipping options.
b. Prohibited Items: You agree not to list or sell prohibited items on our platform. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, illegal goods, counterfeit products, and items that violate intellectual property rights.
c. Order Fulfillment: You are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and accurately. You must update order status and provide tracking information when applicable.
3. Payments and Fees
a. Pricing: You have the flexibility to set the prices of your products. However, you agree to abide by any minimum or maximum pricing requirements set forth by Immortality Marketplace.
b. Transaction Fees: We may charge a transaction fee for each sale made through our platform. The applicable fees and payment schedule will be communicated to you separately.
c. Payment Processing: Payments from buyers will be processed through third party payment processors. We are not responsible for any delays or issues related to the payment processing service.
4. Shipping and Returns
a. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping products to buyers in a timely manner and according to the shipping options chosen by the buyer during checkout.
b. Returns and Refunds: You must clearly outline your return and refund policies in your product listings. Buyers have the right to request returns and refunds in accordance with our platform\'s Return Policy.
5. Vendor Guidelines and Compliance
a. Vendor Guidelines: By becoming a vendor, you agree to adhere to our Vendor Guidelines, which outline best practices and policies for selling on our platform.
b. Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your products, including safety standards, labeling requirements, and intellectual property rights.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your vendor account at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Merchant Terms or our Vendor Guidelines.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Immortality Marketplace and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your activities as a vendor on our platform.
8. Amendments
We may update these Merchant Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to you through the platform or via email. Continued use of our services as a vendor after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Merchant Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Stats of America. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of United State of America.
